She helped us on every step of the way she was available to answer any questions that we had, and she was on top of all the paperwork make sure that was signed and send them in I will recommend her to anybody who is buying or selling their home and I will use her in the future. She did a very good job.

Loida was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I walked into the Kingsburg office and Loida was asked if she could help me and my brother Oscar sell our house in Kingsburg. Loida quickly obtained the necessary information from me and said once she completed the documents, she would contact Oscar, the house owner, to proceed with the sale. I went to the residence with Loida and we took a tour of the property. We discussed several items and Loida advised when she would be having an open house.  We were notified of a potential buyer right away and Oscar approved the full asking price for the house. The buyer did have some issues with financing, and we almost had to re-post the house for sale, but in the end the house sold to the original buyer once they figured out their finances.
